Availability & Support
We aim to provide reliable 24x7 platform availability, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance windows, third-party outages, or force majeure events may impact uptime.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awaylable is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the applicable service period.
Termination
Either party may terminate service per contract terms. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or legal requirements.
